We can accomodate an individual or group class of stretching, toning, yoga, Pilates, SUP excerise, personal training or cardio conditioning workouts. Trainers may travel to you or you may enjoy an outdoor exercise class on the grass with beautiful lake views. If you are looking for fitness, you have come to the right place.

Paddle Fitness: Want to try something challenging? What about a Stand-Up Paddleboard fitness class? Whether you want a yoga session, pilates, or a cardio workout we can do it all on our SUP!​

Pilates/Yoga Classes:  Come solo or come with your whole group! Lake Harmony Pilates is a great way to start your vacation feeling fresh.​

Personal Training/ Toning Classes:  Ready to start your work out regime, but not sure where to start? Let us help you, we can teach you proper form and guide you through your own personalized work out.
