Explore Pennsylvania’s beautiful Pocono Mountain lakes on stand up paddle boards. Paddle tours and lessons are offered on Lake Harmony, All equipment and instruction is provided.

​Lessons: Beginners:  Interested in Stand Up Paddle Boarding aka SUP? We can teach you right teqnique & form from well experienced paddle board trainers.  Come try something new on your pocono vacation.

Tours: Intermediate- Advance: Enjoy beautiful scenic tours of Lake Harmony. We’ll guide you and your group on exciting adventures where you can swim, play, and have fun exploring.  All ages and abilities welcomed!

Paddle Fitness :Intermediate – Advance: This class can be designed for your groups specific needs, whether you want a SUP yoga class, Paddle Pilates, or a cardio work-out, we can do it all on our Paddle Boards!

​Stand up Paddle Board tours and locations: All Paddle board Tours can be tailored to your group. Please contact us to review your possibilities. All ages and abilities welcome. All necessary equipment is provided including; Paddle Board, Paddle, and Life Jacket.

​​Lake Harmony paddle Tour:

​Sightsee the popular waterway of Lake Harmony PA right from Split Rock Resort or the Lake Harmony Estates. This two and a half hour SUP tour will include a scenic and relaxing paddle around the lake. The paddle board instructor will provide general information about the lake and surrounding area as well as go over the proper body position and paddling technique.​

​Instructors: Our certified well experienced instructors have led classes & tours from St. Lucia to California. Our Instructors are CPR and first aid certified. They are informative and friendly with their main goal of showing you a great time out on the water.
